Daily production of injerra through traditional methods occurs at the Association. Every morning more than 5000 pieces of injerra are delivered to several hotels within the city. We also export our product on a regular basis.

Flour and Spice Mill
We employ many local residents in the process of making flours and spices using both traditional and machining methods.
Located within the compound is a flour mill which grinds many different grains to make flours which are sold from the shop within the compound and to hotels. The same mill is also used to grind many different spices to make traditional spice mixes as well as individual spices.
